Join us in this workshop to explore your intention for living your life in greater ease! Experience yoga and meditation in an atmosphere of safety, accessibility and acceptance. Journal writing, gentle movement, longer held stretches, and breathwork will prepare you for Yoga Nidra: the journey to a state of deep relaxation with awareness known as yogic sleep. The benefits include decreased muscular tension, reduced stress, better sleep and a sense of well-being.
Absolutely no experience is required. All physical and mindfulness practices are adapted to your unique needs. The workshop concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation leaving you feeling rested and ready to meet the summer with renewed purpose and peace. Please bring a yoga mat and a small blanket or large beach towel, pillow or cushion and yoga blocks (if you have them).
