Meets Thursdays, October 1, 8, 15, and 22 from 3:30 - 5:30 PM
Anyone from beginners to experts is welcome in this class focusing on the glory of watercolor. Luminous and transparent (and sometimes a bit petulant!), we’ll explore the nitty-gritty of this fluid medium through practical lessons. Learn to use color and water and wrangle this often out-of-control medium into beautiful paintings.
A supply list will be sent at the time of registration. Students are responsible for all art materials.
About the instructor:
Kim Morin Weineck is an artist endlessly inspired by nature with the good fortune of hailing from an immensely creative family of painters, chefs, potters, carpenters, writers, and actors. A graduate of MassArt with distinction, she paints loosely realistic work in all mediums and subjects, with a special focus on landscapes. Kim lives in Norfolk, MA with her husband and two teen daughters and loves to instruct others about painting.
