Intro to Embroidery
Meets Monday, May 12 from 7 - 9 PM
Have you ever wanted to try embroider but didn’t know where to start? Have you been itching to customize your (or your loved ones’) clothing with hand stitches? This introductory class will have you create your own stitch sampler so that you can practice various stitches and have a tangible record of them. There will be a selection of stick-and-stitch patterns available for you to try your hand at stitching onto clothing, or bring your own inspiration pictures so we can turn them into a pattern! If you’d like to stitch on a specific piece of clothing, please bring it.
All materials will be provided. The photos included in this post are examples and will not necessarily be what you make!
